  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, we are pet-friendly!

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    Pet fees are $25/month, not refundable.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes, we offer bike storage.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    We have storage units in the building for residents, please check with the leasing office for current availability.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No, we are a smoke-free community.

  • What are the application criteria?

    2.5x income, collections below $500

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    2-4 days applicant dependent but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    No, we do not offer short lease terms

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    Apply to the website ($62 fee), then pay a $99 non-refundable holding deposit (forwarded to refundable deposit on move-in.

  • Are there any move in charges?

    Remainder of deposit ($201), Prorated rent, 10% cleaning fee, additions (parking/pet)

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes, you do need to sort your own recycling and garbage.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Directly to online portals (Seattle City Lights for electric, Billing Associates Group for all others)

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guests allowed, guest staying on site for over 2 weeks must apply to portal to pass security screening.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, we do have on-site maintenance M-F

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Directly through resident portal, Henri

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    Contact office during office hours for entry, call after hours line for outside office hours, 509.902.0836.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, renters insurance is required upon move in.

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    Check, ACH bank payment via Henri, Credit/debit cards via Henri
